The key role of the Energy Member Board is to ensure that the Energy Ombudsman is appropriately funded, to approve each annual budget and business plan, determine the scale of case fees and subscriptions to be be paid by member companies and to ensure that the Energy Ombudsman adheres to the terms of reference.

The members are:

• Chris Kenny- independent tOSl Council member
